With so many online golf stores out there, it's hard to decide where to buy. I found Golf-Aid and saw they had a telephone number. Most other golf sites have nothing. I had a few questions about a golf bag for my Mom and called in. The phone was answered by Trevor Lee who promptly answered my questions, took my order and treated me in a very professional manner. I have bought stuff online before and found that once they have your money you never hear from them again. Not Golf-Aid, Trevor followed up with the tracking information for my order and after the delivery contacted me to make sure everything was alright. I would like to say a few words about the customer service and the folks at Golf-aid.com;  I made a cold inquiry to Golf-aid.com in an effort to find some parts for my damaged electric golf cart. (mind you I did not purchase the cart from Golf-aid.com). Within a day I received a reply from Trevor Lee, Customer Service Manager at Golf-aid.com relating that if I could send him an image of the damaged parts he would see if he could help me locate replacements.

Let me tell you, from the time Trevor received the images I sent to him he was a man on a mission.  I received several emails from Trevor detailing his correspondence with manufactures about the availability of the parts I needed, and at all times he was most concerned not only with my satisfaction, but also with the cost to me as the customer for the parts and the shipping. Once the likely replacements were located, Trevor sent me photos and a price quote.  I called him with my credit card info and that day I received a confirmation email with the UPS tracking number.  4 days later my parts arrived and they fit like a glove.

Now let me say this was not a big ticket deal by no means, and my initial request could have been ignored or easily dismissed as too bothersome, but the customer service I received from Trevor and Golf-aid.com was golden!  Golf-aid .com will be my first choice for golf gear in the future.

I bought my Greenpacer cart when I retired two years ago. In that time I've played a lot with it - well over 150 games - and it's made golf even more fun (if that's possible). There is one problem though - I'm totally inept at anything mechanical. As a result, I've had lots of questions about its operation. Trevor is always amazingly quick at responding, and if he's ever frustrated with me, I sure couldn't tell. He's given me great help which has allowed me to enjoy my cart even more. I don't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!
