Your Par Caddy is parts warranted for a full year against defects in materials or workmanship subject to the exclusions below. The motors are warranted for 2 years. The warranty begins the day your unit is delivered according to our Fedex records. The battery has a 90 day warranty against defects in materials or workmanship

Warranty Exclusions

Remote Control Transmitter - since this unit is subject to damage from mishandling, dropping, spills, etc., etc., it is warranted to be in perfect working order upon arrival of the cart. If you require a new transmitter at any time later, it will be available for a low price plus a small shipping charge.

Wheel Tread Wear - since we have no control over operating conditions, gravel parking lots, cart paths etc., we cannot warrant wheel tread life beyond 90 days.

1. Email us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

2. Ship it back to us via Fedex Ground prepaid in the original box. Please make sure it is packaged the way it arrived - add padding material if necessary to ensure it gets back to us undamaged. Also please ensure all the parts are there. eg. remote controller, scorecard holder etc.

3. As soon as we receive it we'll check it out and as long as it is undamaged and complete we'll refund your purchase price less a 20% restocking charge. This charge is necessary as we can only sell the returned unit as a refurbished machine.

Service and Parts

The Par Caddy is a relatively simple machine that requires very little maintenance. Any service required consists mainly of switching out the offending part which is easy to do. Anyone with the slightest mechanical ability can service their own Par Caddy. It's easy to find someone locally who can help you if necessary. There are local depots all over Canada that should be able to help you.

 If you send us an email describing the symptoms, we can tell you what part is required 99.9% of the time and ship it out to you right away. If you have a problem with your Par Caddy, please be assured that we will work with you until your issue is resolved.

We stock parts in our Niagara Falls facility. If you need a part for your Par Caddy we'll do our best to ship it to you right away even if we have to pull it from a new machine.
