Adaptive/Assistive Golf Aids
Today, there are 7.2 million U.S. golfers age 50 or above. Of that number, approximately 4.3 million already suffer from some type of low back, hip and/or knee problem. Today's advancements in technology allow for the design of ingenious Adaptive and Assistive Golf Playing Aids. Many able bodied players also use these aids, for example golf coaches and basketball players whose height does not facilitate easy bending and stooping. Adaptive and Assistive Golf Playing Aids remove the repetitive bending and stooping encountered with teeing up a ball and allow disabled players to play from a seated position.
